Pungo Strawberry Festival

Coming Up this weekend is the Pungo Strawberry Festival. If you are in the Virginia Beach area, you should come on down and enjoy the contests, parade, arts & crafts,great food, music and much more ! Located in the Pungo area of southern Virginia Beach. Air Show season is here ! This is a photo of the British Red Devils at the Air Power Over Hampton Roads Air show in Hampton, Virginia. We will be taking photos of the Oceana Air Show this September, always a great air show !

We have added over 400 photos to the NATO Festival Parade gallery today. I also added several documents to the Hein Family galleries. If you are a member of the Hein Family, please email us for access to the galleries. Has anyone traced their family tree? I have names back to 1370 for my family and still working on more ! We have added a Kodak Play Sport Video Camera to the list of what we use. We will post our thoughts on the camera in a couple of days.

Little Island Park

We stopped at Little Island Park in Southern Virginia Beach, Virginia to see what was happening, and found that not much to see yesterday. I did find a Pelican trying to catch some fish. What a goofy bird to watch while it fishes.

2011 Virginia International Tattoo

We attended the 15th Annual Virginia International Tattoo which was held at the Norfolk Scope in Norfolk, Virginia. This is a great event and should not be missed. This year the Tattoo had over 850 Artists from several countries.
